If you are not entirely happy with your online purchase, you are welcome to return your items to us using our easy Returns Center or taking your items to a Happy Returns location. Our Return Shipping Fee for domestic US locations is $5.95 for US customers. This fee is deducted from the amount issued to you upon receipt of goods.
To be eligible for a refund, your order will need to meet the below:
- Be returned within 90 days of your order's ship date.
- Items must be in new and original condition as purchased, with all labels/tags attached.
- Tax Invoice and/or returns packing slip must be included with your return as proof of purchase.
Merchandise that does not meet the above-stated conditions for return will not be refunded. Avenue will notify you via email of the rejected return and you will be required to supply us with a prepaid shipping label to send your item back to you. All products purchased from the Outlet category or marked as Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged unless faulty. If your item is faulty, please contact our Customer Experience Team who will advise next steps.
Avenue reserves the right to refuse a return and to changes to this Returns Policy.
